Anna Nicole Smith

I was shocked as I stood in my bedroom gawking at the breaking news report... "Anna Nicole Smith died today..."

Shocked, but sadly not surprised. Anna Nicole lead a troubled life. All you had to do was look into her eyes to see that. She craved attention like no one I've ever seen before and wherever she went, she got it. She thrived on shock value, having been married at 17, marrying an octagenarian, posing as a playboy centerfold, representing TrimSpa baby, and portraying Marilyn Monroe.

And because of her lifestyle choices, it is really no surprise to this blogger that she died tragically young. I believe in my heart that drugs will be revealed as playing a role in her death. Perscription drugs kill too people!

What I want to know is where the heck all of her "friends" and "loved ones" were in her life that they didn't stop the freight train from crashing? She has been taped on numerous occasions and at big events clearly slurring her words and "on something". Why did nobody stop her? Send her to rehab? Stop filling her prescriptions? TALK TO HER??? If someone had just said "you need help", maybe she would still be here and Dannielynn would still have her mom.

It is tragic, sad, even heartbreaking that such an obviously lonely and beautiful woman had to die so young, surrounded by so many.

JMHO!
